Building AI you can run, trust, and keep.

Most AI today runs on computers you do not own. Your prompts, your files and the work your agents do all pass through services you do not control. We think the most useful AI is the one you can run yourself.

So we build both halves. Small models, good enough to replace what people use today. And the tools to run them safely, starting with shuru, which gives every agent its own disposable machine to install packages, run code and use the network without touching yours.

Everything we make is open source. We build in the open, on GitHub and Hugging Face.
